Assisted the Director of Planning and Scheduling (bus & rail) through the gathering, elaboration and evaluation of information for various projects.

  • Developed Planning and Scheduling specifications for the acquisition and deployment of 3-door articulated buses. Interviewed peer systems to document anticipated operational impact of new vehicle type and accordingly developed Minbus rules & parameters.

  • Provided scenario-testing to evaluate the operational cost implications associated with the acquisition of two new garages (five sites considered) and the potential closure of one of the seven existing garages.

  • Developed staff evaluation and training programs to appraise and augment manual and computer-assisted scheduling expertise of staff.
