Our Management Team
The group is organized under two sister firms, CSched USA and CSched Canada. CSched USA was established as MetroKinetics, Inc. in November of 2005 and began doing business under the name of CSched USA in 2010. CSched Canada was established as Courval Scheduling Inc. in January of 2008 and began doing business under the name of CSched Canada in 2010.
Michel Courval, President
Mr. Courval is a HASTUS expert who has used the software to solve a diverse variety of scheduling challenges that range from modeling intricate European work rules to improving the efficiency through very simple scheduling solutions and through incremental adjustments to the scheduling software. Endeavouring to apply his HASTUS expertise to ongoing production work at agencies, Mr. Courval began consulting in 2003.

Sophie Frigon, Vice-President
Ms. Frigon is an HASTUS expert on the daily side of the software. She acquired this expertise during her seven-year career at GIRO Inc., the software vendor, where she worked in the development and implementation team of the “daily” modules. Ms. Frigon worked with many transit agencies in Europe, Australia and North America to standardize and automate their assignment of work utilizing the HASTUS software.

Francis Bouvrette, Team Lead
Mr. Bouvrette completed his Engineering degree (with honours) at Polytechnique Montréal and has worked on vehicle and crew schedule productions for transit agencies ranging from small suburban networks in North America and Australia to major projects involving complex school service and sports events such as the 2015 Pan American Games held in Toronto. Since then, he has worked as main coordinating officer for schedule data productions for various AVL vendors, HASTUS by CSched implementations and fixed route scheduling projects.
